Special school

Hi everyone,
I have a 5 years old autistic child,
who started a special school 6 months ago with no progress at all intact his behaviour got worse,,
The LA. sent his updated EHCP in January, February at the parent meeting they showed me his old EHCP which was vague, I cut the storey short he is not getting his twice a week SALT time as specified in the EHCP and other provisions!!!
I spoke to the Head teacher she said she didn't check her email to see the new EHCP,
I have an annual review the first for me in two idays,
Any advice how to deal with this school or can ask to change a school??
Please any help is really appreciated.

If the provision is specified and quantified in section F and it isn’t being delivered email the Director of Children’s Services at the LA as it is them with ultimate responsibility for ensuring the provision in section F is delivered, if it then continues threaten Judicial Review.

Do you mean this is the first annual review? If so, how was the EHCP updated before?

Yes it's the first annual review,
It was updated during tribunal process,
I was fighting for a deferent special school but the LA refused to name it due to the school been to expensive , so they offered this school and updated the EHCP because I got new private reports.

You can call your Caseworker and tell them that you want to raise a complaint on the current school.
I would change the school if his behaviour got worse.

You can ask your LA- SEN to change his school.
Caseworker name should be on top right side of your EHCP
