3 year old First ADHD symptoms

I don't really know where to start, basically I have twin 3 year old girls. With 'E' I have always known something was a little different with her, to cut a long story short we are on ASD Pathway atm and waiting on an appointment for assessment/she has an IEP at school Nursery so I feel like I'm on the right track with everything with her atm...
With my other twin 'M' I feel like I've never had any concerns (no speech delay/good social skills/toilet trained etc.) however... something has just smacked me in the face today like a realisation all of a sudden...
Her excessive talking/energy
Her impulsiveness
The constant fidgeting and can never sit still
She gets angry very easily and smacks her siblings no matter how much discipline we try to put in place
She has to be centre of attention all the time with me, will interrupt constantly, talk what feels like none stop from the moment she wakes up until the moment she goes to sleep
Gets bored very easily and will constantly move from one activity to another..
These are just things I can think of from the top of my head.. I would appreciate anyones advice or input as I feel as though she could have ADHD.. I could be completely wrong and it could be just her personality 🤷🏻‍♀️ but it's so fitting and niggling at me now..
If anyone could tell me what their first signs they noticed in their 3/4 year olds were please I would be grateful 😊
I could be completely overthinking everything or I could be onto something I'm not sure.. ASD and ADHD does run strongly in my partner's side of the family though..
