Hi there am new to Mumsnet. I have recently applied for DLA for my daughter who is 12. It got stamped on march 18th. My question is how long will it take before I get a decision. My daughter has really bad anxiety and possible ocd and autism. We have been referred to camhs and are waiting on a support worker to be assigned to her. She won't go out alone, wakes up upset at night and her school life is really suffering. Has anyone else been awarded for similar. Please help 🥺

Claim scanned on 15th Feb. Still waiting on a response. 3 year old with suspected ADHD. Under SALT and social services due to safeguarding because of his behaviour issues which was putting his sister in danger and we had no other choice. He’s not allowed to be left alone with any other children under any circumstances even for a second.
Once we get a response I can update so you can see roughly the timescale for a decision. They told me on Monday 9 1/2 weeks on average but it’s differing at the minute :)
