My son is 10 and I’ve always said he’s just lazy or difficult. Not to his face I must add. School have advised that he’s struggling with concentration in class, they’ve always described it as day dreaming but they’ve asked me to approach the gp now.
He’s also struggled with shoe laces, cutlery. He hates been rushed for anything Or having plans dropped on him last minute. He’s really sensitive to clothes and what he wears and how they feel. He hates loud noises and hates busy places, his sister singing or music too loud can majorly upset him. He can go places, it’s not completely stopping him he’s just very uncomfortable in these surroundings. He has to sleep with certain lights on and certain teddies and sometimes his fan for the noise, he loves been at home with familiar surroundings. Are these signs I’ve missed or just a child that is struggling to concentrate.
