Erin Rebecca arrived (finally) at 3.49 pm 15/11
weighing 9lb 7oz

( big change from dd1 (ohh she's a dd1 now) tidy 6lb

Feeding well - hungry little thing - looks like dd1. Caesar went well and well on the way to recovery.

Dd1 - not sure at first about this noisy thing - but kept wanting to give her kisses and then pass her back to dh or I. Very excited to have someone in the backseat with her when we came home today. dd1- Very worried when midwives gave dd2 her jab - gave them a most foul look as if to say what are you doing to my baby.

Despite soft marker - no down syndrome......

newborns are always beautiful, don't know the rest but kiss her forehead for me, and congrats

suzywong · 20/11/2004 02:14

Oh eidsvold CONGRATULATIONS!
And welcom Erin Rebecca to the family. (bet your'e glad you didn't have to pop her out at that weight)

How are you feeling? Getting chance to put your feet up, although it's very hard not to be up and about for both of them at first.

Anyway congratulations on your two lovely little ripper daughters.

Congratulations Eidsvold. Beautiful name.

I thought you were talking about a salad. By Caesar, do you mean caesarian section?

GRMUM · 20/11/2004 05:38

eidsvold · 20/11/2004 07:05

very glad suzy - her head was 37.5 cms.... SHe was even bigger than predictions... but she still seems soooo tiny - makes me think how tiny dd1 must have been.

Lovely news Eidsvold. Congratulations to all.

I can imagine the scene about dd1 not being sure at first - reminds me of my dd when she met her brother the first time.

And lovely name!
