Are you using a solicitor or Sen advocate as some of them have relationships with them and are able to put in a word for you . I was able to do that recently using our advocate . Ann Baumber is a good one too but not pro or anti and would only recommend if she feels it will benefit the child . I will ask in another group shortly and send you more recommendations.

Tonia Robinson is another good one
Ruth Birnbaun not sure she's aba friendly

Are you in London and depends on when you need them .
Maybe you can give them an idea of when you want the Assesment and they can see if they can take you on.

My solicitor Fiona works with Catherine but she has no availability as well. She now suggested me of Leanne Short. Have u heard of her
I am from Leeds so definitely travel is an issue as most EPs are based in London n not willing to travel

I haven't heard of Catherine Short but I am sure she will be good if Fiona is recommending her .
Your location too may not help as a lot of them are London based and are not willing to travel .
Are you on the aba parents group on Facebook .You can join and ask there too and ask if anyone has used her and ask for other recommendations too .

When is your tribunal?Do you have a date yet ?

Yeah I have posted on lots of Fb pages. Because of unavailability of EP we are delaying our appeal to the very end. My aim was to get everything ready for my son when he starts school in September but now probably our tribunal will b in mid September

Oh really .i have never heard of her till yesterday when I asked another parent on a Facebook page who she used when she posted a testimonial . I was only able to find one link on google about her . Do you have an idea why?

I ve used josephine Durling 8 years ago .
she was very professional.
