25 month old odd speech?

Hi there,

Was hoping to ask some thinking on some odd speech my dad who is 25 mo this has been displaying. She is developing relatively normally, with what I think is pretty advanced speech ( >500 words, 6-7 word sentences).
At around 22 months she began having some minor facial tics that have since resolved but has developed some what I think are concerning speech issues. At around 23 months I noticed that she would sometimes repeat the last word in a sentence, “mama can I have a cup, cup, cup”. More recently though, and this is what has prompted my post, we noticed that she has replaced the word “phone” with the word “watch”. I understand the connection since we sometimes will let her watch a YouTube video here or there but what I find odd is when I correct her or ask her to say phone, she’ll say watch so “oh do you mean you want my phone, can you say I’d like your phone mama” and she’ll say “I’d like your watch mama”. Or we’ll say can you say “phone charger” and she’ll switch it to “watch charger”. Say “bananaphone” and she’ll say “banana watch”. Almost like a mental block.wondering if any one has some insight or thoughts. Thank you so much
