My daughter 9 really really struggles with making friends but she has a best friend who she was at school with before the girl moved to a different town. They have always met up and kept in touch but she suddenly doesn’t want to see her. This girl texts her and my daughter just ignores her. Her mum has just messaged for a play date at the weekend and and my daughter is refusing to go saying she hates her 😒 I feel terrible. She’s the only friend my daughter has and I don’t want her to lose her, also it’s very embarrassing, I don’t know what to say to her mum. Help !!
