I know a lady who could probably make on eo for you, she makes normal ones (organic jobs- lovely and soft) and is very helpful? Will grab her website for you

here you go, her name is Bex and our kids used to go to Nursery together before we both moved. (If you mention clair P from green Dragon she should know who)

We use a yoga mat or a camping mat - you know, those solid foam things about 1cm thick that roll up. With a prefold or terry nappy strategically draped so that if she decides to wee mid-change we're not all swimming home...

we use the mattress protectors that we get from the incontinence service

At a fabric store, you can buy a material that is flannel on both sides and rubber in the middle. Comes either 36" or 60" wide. Easily cut in half. Quite expensive ($15 to $20 a yard) but store often has 30% off sale. I made changing pads that are about 12 x 18" for the changing table, and pee pads for a twin bed that are 30-36" square. I decorate them with appliques--for two reasons: cuteness, and so one can tell which side is up (thereby can always keep clean side next to carpet).
