Hi all, I'm looking for advice I know no one can diagnose but just wanted some information to make sure I'm pushing in the right places.

My dd is 5.5 and in year 1. When in nursery she was reffered to pediatrics as they felt there maybe something that needed seeing too (they didn't really elaborate as such) but she saw them when she was 3/3.5 and was told she was fine but they will keep her on their system. She has had speech and language as her words are not that clear. She has severe mood swings she goes from extremely happy to extremely sad in a flick of a switch she has no self regulation of her emotions as the school put it. She doesn't pay attention, gets distracted, she 'can't' do work such as phonics maths etc as it's too hard or she 'just cang do it' so she wonders of. She screams she shouts she runs out of her class room, if we are out and about if she gets the opportunity to she runs off, wonders off with strangers has zero knowledge of personal space etc, she doesn't sleep well shes up late will wake in in the middle of the night walk around the house play with her toys wake me up or her siblings she can be up for 2-3hrs during the night I don't feel like she is constantly moving but she is constantly distracted if that makes sense, she loses everything she puts her clothes on inside out back to front shoes on the wrong feet cang do her buttons or zips I am just struggling atm.

I'm waiting for her face to face peaditric appt and she attends behavioural support therapy at school 1-1 three times a week too I just want to know that I'm asking for the best possible support.
