Mandatory reconsideration?

Has anyone had to do one recently and know how long it took? We’re currently on 4 weeks but 16 weeks from my original form being sent off. Absolutely desperate to get DS some private SALT as we’ve been on the waiting list for a year in January 😔

@Jneill2021 Hi, we had a payment in my account on the 15th December so 4 weeks after they had scanned the MR letter. Had a letter about 3 days after that. Hope your hear soon xxx

dla mandatory reconsideration experience.
sent a new claim in October 2021 was not accepted. my child is being assessed for asd/adhd no diagnosis as of yet waiting for a pediatrician appointment. she is not in mainstream education because of her troubles 😔 age 13
put in for a MR start of February and sent more evidence from school ,cams doctors I'm now at week 4 of the MR
Rang a few times but they all tell you different things some are abit funny with you. yet some are lovey so you never realy no where you stand. called last Friday and was told the DM was looking at it on that day she got it on the Wednesday the same week. called today and was told basically nothing lol will post an up date when I no more. the hole thing is so stressful and draining and i will appeal if needs be
