Just looking for a bit of advice - I have a 6 year old receiving SEN support from school. She’s been on SEN register for a good few months now, since kids went back after lockdown. I’ve recently emailed the SENco to see what was in place for her to hear that they haven’t actually got anything in place right now, and no Assess plan do review? She’s on SEN support mainly mainly for speech but Is behind academically. Is this usual practise?
I’m aware of laws regarding EHCP but not aware of any regarding SEN support.
