Hello - my 5 year old speaks but lacks fluency. We have been through 3 speech therapists who were no good for one reason or another. I’m wondering if anyone knows if a speech therapist can help with fluency and more understanding of language both receptive and responsive? I have paid a lot of money in the past where speech therapists have only used iPad games or expected my son to sit patiently and wait for toys. My son is going to school and I wonder if the fluency etc will happen naturally with time or if I need to do more now to bring this on? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
