AS in The Mirror

A positive feature on Asperger syndrome will be in The Mirror newspaper on either Friday or Saturday of this week. It will feature 3 case studies the NAS has provided.

Well that'll make a nice change - the last story I read in the Mail last week was so depressing, I was nearly in tears. Will look out for it, thanks Davros.

My sister showed me a letter in the Mail today written by a single mum with a son with AS. She had read with horror the story I said about last week and that it rang warning bells with her and her son's behaviour. She said that AS ought to be reported in a more positive light (even though she is having real probs with her son, who is just coming up to puberty).
