As the title says, how can I get my child assessed and potentially diagnosed with this in or around Surrey. And how much will it cost if you know? I can't seem to find anywhere other than UCLH which I have asked GP for a referral to but I don't have a lot of time as doing secondary school applications and need to make sure it is the right school.
