Our son's EHCP has just been finalised. He is in yr6 so will move to secondary next year. I understand from IPSEA that SEN Regs requires that the EHC plan must be reviewed and amended before 15th Feb meaning that review should be started in autumn term. If ours has only just been finalised will we need a review so soon? Currently his primary school is named so we will need an amendment made before next year but will this be a full review or just changing the named school - then again when his review is actually due next summer
