Probably being over sensitive but every week the news letter from school comes out and I scan the shining star section to see if my dd is anywhere on there. She never is ! I get so fed up, sad and disheartened that she is overlooked constantly. They have just announced all the school positions for the school council and yet again she has been overlooked. She struggles with school and a little bit of recognition would be nice and would boost her confidence. I was puzzled to read that a girl who had been very sly and nasty to my daughter is on the spirituality council !! She certainly has never come across as very spiritual !! Anyway rant over just a bit fed up with it all !!
