And they are not going to put DS back on the waiting list for Botox next year He has started the progession of CP (as they get bigger) he has dytonic feeling muscles in his left foot, and I have to go back tomorrow to get a fixed AFo made for him. They also said that they may have to refer him to the orthopaedic surgeon.
They said his tiredness apon walking too far is part and parcel of the CP.
Oh well, tomorrow maybe better!!

when i saw this thread title i was expecting a story...i am so sad for you- though you deep down know these things will happen it is still a shock when you get to that point.

You need to tell me what the botox helps in CP...ta!

if i could give some of my life to your littleone's body i would.

Oh forgot something, the physio said that DS has flexible muscles in his hands and not enough strength to counterate for it. Which is why he strugglings with hand writing

mieow, would he be able to get funding for a laptop because of his handwriting differculties? didnt simon have one at SJN for his exams?

Sorry to hear this mieow. Your article on Botox was inspiring and I passed it on to a mum with a dd with cp at our horse riding session. She knew nothing about it and is now waiting for treatment thanks to you.
