Dla - consent to contact school

I'm currently doing my daughters dla claim (asd/ocd not yet diagnosed). Does anyone know if I tick the box not to consent to information sharing with health professionals, Does this also apply to school? I've got lots of supporting evidence from everyone I've named on the form and the school senco has completed the section on "someone who knows the child", so I don't really want them writing to her class teacher or the head and getting responses that undermine my evidence. I've heard if this happening to people. Obviously if I tick no to consent then they can't contact health professionals but it doesn't say if this includes the school or not. Please help!

I was a SENCo for a long time and was only contacted once by the DLA people to ask for more information after writing supporting statements for many children. This came straight to me as SENCo rather than the head or class teacher so I wouldn't worry about ticking it. I'm pretty sure when I did my son's they didn't ask for anything extra from education as I had sent everything.
