I have been going to Clark's shoe shop for over 2 and half year for my daughter to get measure and fitted with the shoe discount scheme as she wheres a splint so she needs a size bigger for the left leg and that when I took her they said about this scheme and hospital informed me too I've never had any problems with Clark's but today booked appioment for her to get new shoes for her birthday ever time I've went I've always came out with her shoes and never a problem til today I was so upset with all staff even the assistant manager did not have a clue on how to do the scheme shoe discount took 4 of staff to try and find our how it works they bring out 4 different styles to show me all in splint size which is 7 half they didn't have a clue that I get 6 and half for her rite foot they checked to see if there was a 6nand half but said not got any which I know they didn't have a clue what I was saying any other time over the past 2 year the staff has known what I needed didn't have to explain anything to them they knew and was always helpful but today I was so upset the way I had to explain what I get and needed for daughter saying I would have to pay for to pair in different sizes which I have never done always came out with one big shoe for left with splint and small size for right foot it was a disgrace how they said all of them where new staff that's been trained to work in Clark's but clearly thats not the truth cause they didn't know a thing I am putting a complaint in cant stop thinking about it as I've not been out on a bus with my daughter for over year half always got taxi to get to Clark's but I build up a challenge to set and that to go on a bus and do it for my daughter and with the way I've been treated today in Clark's has made my anxiety worse again
