Boring question but which advent calender for Ds?

(I thought about posting this in products but its SN specific). He is 2.7 ASD I dont think he has much if any understanding of Christmas. I want to mark the count down until xmas, so I want to buy an advent calender for him, a re usable one that will last for years. I was thinking one like this ( the tree one)
www.savethechildrenshop.co.uk/shared/search/viewresults.asp?p=1#

or this:

cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280176139011&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA :IT&ih=018

any opinions?

I have This one for Ds as he's finally realised the idea of Christmas.
It's sturdy, quite large and plenty of space for goodies!!

Personal clown I like that calender but Im not sure what to fill it with- he is GFCF so no chocolate. Any ideas?

Maybe a little toy or stickers?
Hang on, I'll check the actual size of each box.

PersonalClown · 26/11/2007 11:01

Each box is 2 and 1/2 inches wide, 1 and 1/2 high and deep.
Quite spacey. I've got a 2 block lump of Dairymilk and a large chocolate coin in each for Ds. He does love his choccy!

Does he like Lego?
Maybe you could buy a set and put a few bits in each door. By christmas he'd have the lot to build up as an early present IYKWIM.

Thats a really nice idea about the lego. I think he would like that! Thanks PC.
