bonkerz · 25/11/2007 22:35

i have a DS with suspected ADHD and ASD and regularly post on special needs. Can i not join then???

deeeja · 25/11/2007 22:55

Hi, my ds has asd, and am always having problems with so-called medical 'experts', even though I thought the dx was half the battle, if only I knew huh?, it is just the beginning of lifelong frustration!
Can I join?

bonkerz have you name changed?

bonkerz · 25/11/2007 23:16

nope. been bonkerz for about 3 years now!

2shoes · 25/11/2007 23:18

it is most odd (not you) as dd has cp i don't go on all threads so if I don't know someone i just do a search before sending an invite. but can't find you on sn.
still no probs totalchaos knows you
so invite will be on it s way in 2 ticks.

2shoes · 25/11/2007 23:20

very embarrassing but have just noticed you both have hotmail address's
for some mad reason hotmail will not accept the invites.
can you email me at [email protected] with an alternative thanks

2shoes · 25/11/2007 23:28

i am so sorry i don't know why that happened.
just done a search just in sn and of cause you came up
I will try to send the invite to hotmail.
keep an eye on here in case i have problems.

bonkerz · 25/11/2007 23:29

its ok. probably being over sensitive TBH!

2shoes · 25/11/2007 23:31

it was just weird. if you put sn in as the topic up you pop.
I am off to bed now.
will keep and eye on here to see what happens. can you let me know if you get the invite ok.

bonkerz · 25/11/2007 23:32

ok thanks.

2shoes · 25/11/2007 23:35

shit it came straight back.
seems hotmail see it as spam.
don't panic we will sort something out
but i will have to leave it untill tomorow. hopefully the brainy people will work it out.

Graciefer · 25/11/2007 23:39

I just signed up for a yahoo account, its free and only took a few minutes.

You can still get your messages sent to your main e-mail account and post from there, once you have set up your group preferences.

Maybe that is a possibility for you bonkerz.

twocutedarlings · 25/11/2007 23:40

Hi Bonkers, You can just open an email address with yahoo, that might be the easiest way round it for you .

twocutedarlings · 25/11/2007 23:41

Cross posts Graciefer

2shoes · 26/11/2007 08:54

that was what I was going to suggest
deeja will need to do the same if she hasn't got an alternative

bonkerz · 26/11/2007 13:34

[email protected] is my new email!
