Does anyone know how many hours you can work before it effects your carers allowance?
I have just got a part time job 2 days a week, whilst DS is at school.
Just wanted to know what the rules are before I call them.

it is more about the amount you earn, I think it is £84 a week

I think it has just (1/10/17) gone up to £95 a week.

Its all about hours- Ic ant get CA whilst I study and neither can Yurt apaprently- we dont earn 9well I dont, loan not counted) but the 3 hours I actually do is added to the hours I should do which makes me ineligible (coz of course someone else is doing the childcare, not me.... ).

The government webiste ahs all teh deatils on.

Thanks for all of your replies, just looked up the website and it seems that it is £95 or you can study up to 21 hours.
I will have to make sure I only do three short days or two full days or I will loose it, mind you it is up for review in March and I don't think I will get it then as DS has come on so much that we probably won't get middle rate DLA anymore.
