I have wrote a post a couple of weeks ago about my baby boy.
I can't shake this worry off....he is now making sounds, ba sounds. Dada and ahh or ooh.

The thing that worries me is the lack of eye contact, I have taken him to have his eyes and ears checked which have come back fine.
I have recently gone back to work and when I come back from work, he doesn't really acknowledge me, or look at me.
He doesn't have eye contact in the morning either when I go into his room when he wakes.
He only uses eye contact when lay on his changing mat or when you sing to him or make silly noises.
He laughs when you tickle him or do something silly to make him smile or laugh.
He doesn't really social smile at me or my partner when we smile at him.
He also doesn't respond to when you call him or when you speak to him.

Am I worrying too much and all babies develop differently.
He loves looking around and taking in the world around him whenever we are out and in the house etc rather than looking so much at faces.

Has anyone seen these traits in their children but they didn't have Autism and just developed at a different rate?
As that is all I can think at the moment, is that these are early traits of Autism for him.
