DD1's respite has been approved!!

Had a phone call today from Social worker, and the 24 hours a month has been approved! YEA!! the case has been past to the Shared care
team and they will now have to match a family to DD1!! Finally we are getting somewhere...

I know!! two lots of great news in two days, The other one is that the advisory teacher is going to support us for DD1's statement!!!

I am having a good week, do you think I should now ask DLA to extend Ds mobility allowence as our car comes back in June and his allowence only runs for another 2 years? as I am on a roll!!

Davros, others may think of it as "funny good news" I suppose, but I don't think you truely understand something unless you deal with it a day to day basis.
I can't truely imagine what some of the mums on the SN section have to go through, but hopefully I do have a bit more knowledge than some.
OMG...waffle waffle...what a "funny" days it's been.Think I'd better open a bottle of wine!
