Hi
Does anyone know how you can get tickets to hampton court palace for a disabled child with a blue peter badge and a carer?
From the blue peter website it is free entry but on Hampton court palace website there is no option to book online!
Do we just turn up?

Hi there, prior to this lockdown, I ended up calling them direct (number on "contact us - general enquiries" page) as I had some queries relating to disabled tickets not on their website. They were really helpful, even telling me what quietest times were etc. Unfortunately, everything needs to be pre booked now due to restrictions, so I wouldn't just turn up. Smile

Thank you for your help.
I don’t think the phone lines are open currently.
I sent an email to them last night but i just braved it without a response.
We arrived and were straight away allowed into the on site car park and a disabled space was available, which is really hard to come by nowadays. We were allowed straight in, we simply showed all relevant badges/documents.
We did go later in the afternoon and it was extremely busy but I can’t fault the staff. The playground had over an hours wait but they helped us with this as well.
We didn’t stay on site long as it was very crowded but we will definitely return at a quieter date

That was handy, glad you got in and got a space. Good to hear how helpful they were. Smile
