My 5 year old caught headlice from school (on the positive side, I'm pleased he's getting near other children!). We treated with headrin gel spray last week and combed through and tried to re-treat as a precaution last night but he completely freaked out about washing his hair and the noise of the shower. It looks like there's a few live ones in there today 
How can I get rid of them without causing anymore distress to him, and me? He might let me comb it a little bit. Should I try combing while he's asleep? Is there anything I can leave on overnight?
