Hi all
I have applied for my son for taxi card even though he has low mobility on dla ( awaiting tribunal nee date)
Today I was turned down for it and want to appeal
Could you please tell me if anyone got one under discretion rather then eligibility ?
To cut the long story short he hasn’t used public transport in years due to anxiety/ sensory/ behaviour etc ( waiting asd assessment) has echp with 1:1 so have to get cabs everywhere and it’s getting very expensive.
Any advice would be great
