Does anyone have a copy of a conners rating? I have been searching online but all the sites i have looked at so far want you to pay to see a copy.

I filled out one for ds 3 years ago but i can't remember what was on it now and I'd like to fill out another one to take with me to the paeds when we see him in a couple of years.

TIA

Hi, could I have one too, please!
I have an appointment coming up in a couple of weeks, need to be certain when talking to paed.
Thanks. Ds is 31 months.

No probs. Will email them in a minute.

Any of you guys had dcs who've had ADOS tests? Swap you my Connors for your ADOS info! Worried ds will 'fail' and then stupid LEA won't let autism outreach support him at school

Got it thanks teachermum

I gave them to J's teacher and did one myself before J's CAMHS appointment. Seems so long ago now...and I remember feeling like that was the last of the big diagnosis drama, after the paed provisionally diagnosed at 3, and then CAMHS wouldn't see him until 4 for the firm diagnosis. How wrong was I! The autism dx route is much more lengthy!

I got it too, thanks.
