Hi newbie here. About to change my full name and sons (16). He has SEN. Dad not interested in contact since Feb 2020. But he pays maintenance still. My question is how can I still receive money without him knowing new name.?
I called bank, they have no way of anonymising my name. I called child maintenance they state using collect service but its 20% of what he gives us ...and I know he won't pay it. And I get charged 4%. They were transferring me to other dept but after 39 minutes got cut off. Nobody seems to know. Surely its just a case of anonymising my name. Any one been through this.
