I sent my son’s dla renewal off about 3 weeks ago but last week I found some other supporting evidence and decided to send that off as well. (As the form states you can send extra info at any time).
However, today I have received a decision letter from them dated December 1st (before I sent the extra document). Luckily they have decided to renew my son’s award at the same rates as before but I’m just wondering what will now happen with that extra info. Will they look at his award again or will it just be left at the decision they made?
I’m happy with the decision so I’m not going to ask them to look again but I’m just wondering what happens in this situation?
