Yes we do but all i have is a copy of his goals and a 1 page written report .Don't want to upset her again as the trouble with nursery is still simmering.I was interseted in the checklist as a phone conversation yesterday about DlA highlighted that his development in some areas is at18 months and he is 2.6 years.I guess it surprised me a bit as we keep being told he is doing well.

Ah yes, remember now. If you don't want to ask your portage visitor, could you call the office?

I'll have a look at ours and see if it gives any indication of where you could get a copy. or, if you can wait until next week I might be able to copy ours for you.
