Just read an old dla letter and my claim ended last week!!!! I wrote to them in July to tell them my sons condition had worsened an that my address had changed to my mothers (as she helps do my forms and letters for my kids because I struggle writing )
They didn't respond and I rang an got told they had my letter but gave the decision my son wasn't entitle to the higher bracket for one reason or another but was still in the middle rate. I totally forgot about asking about the address been changed as I hadn't had any letters but wtf do I do???? I'm loosing my mind because I rely on that money to get all his extra need items throughout the month as my money just about covers bills and food ?!
Do you think they would use my letter in July as I'm still claiming or will they end the claim then I have to re apply again? So confused as iv just applied for my daughter and got a payment yesterday (1 week of middle rate) was put in my bank with a different code to my sons ? But had 0 letters again? I don't understand it and I'm so reliant on his dla to get him his things , Its due next Tuesday and I am going to ring tomorrow just want to know what people think or if anyone's been through this ?
Head is sooo far up my backside lately with all the kids been ill and family I'll etc I'm about to crack up this is one last thing I need now loosing money and been left shorter then I usually am.
