Hi, I am looking for some help in filling out the Award Review form for my DS, who is 21, and has ASD. Where there is no change in his condition and abilities, do we still need to outline how he is managing now, or will they have that information already? They don't give much space on the form, as if not expecting much info?
Would really appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Hi. They won't have any information so do it as if person has no knowledge at all. Contact Fightback4Justice for support.

Be very clear about the difficulty and how that affects him so...Sam's social communication difficulties and slow processing mean that he finds following conversations in group situations very hard, he needs help in interpreting and understanding what people are saying to him
