Hello - I am looking for anyone with good experience (or bad) of sen support in mainstream secondary schools in SW Herts (Watford/ricky/St Alban). My DS has an EHCP and is autistic and struggles with communication and making friends. Academically he struggles but is not massively behind but will need some extra help. He is hypermobile and has difficulties with co-ordination too. I am really struggling to name a school.

OK. I'm checking in as well. Hopefully someone will have some ideas...

@fizzypop1 just wondered how you got on. The EHCP for my son is due at the end of the month, and we also need to name schools then. Have you discovered any good ones? We're in Bucks. Thank you!

Have you considered Egerton Rothesay in Berkhamsted?

I'm looking at Bushey Meads and Roman Fields at moment.
