Hello All,
We had received AIP for Mortgage and then we started buying process.
After that, the Bank declined our mortgage application because my husband is self-employed and during the lockdown he didn't work for 2 months. Other than this all our financial data looks good and we will put 15% deposit.
Have you experienced kind of similar issue? How did you solve it?
I need your urgent advice.
