BIBIC or Brainwave?

Both in Bridgewater. Look similar and do similar things.
Any advice?

probably best to add that dd has severe cerebral palsy, can't speak or move anything but is bright if delayed by her physical issues and blindness.
I'd like her to be less stiff and be able to hold her head up and maybe use one arm.

I was told that they are both very similar and one derived from the other. there is a lady that lives near there and knows about both on mumsnet hopefully she will be able to give you a more detailed answer
