merlot just asked on another thread and I thought seeing as there are lots of new members joining it might be possible for us to have 'smaller' meets.

I actual had an e-mail off a mumsnetter who lives very close to me. We were chatting on another 'meet-up' thread and are going to meet up, but when we chatted off the board it turned out her middle ds has similar problems to my dd, which was a weird coincidence (maybe?)

well i am on the East kent Coast, very glam - hehe

so where is everyone else, for possible meets. All you lurkers please join in!

meea · 12/10/2004 18:46

Dottee & Cleankittycat a meet up at meadowhall sounds like a great idea.I have tried to cat you cleankittycat but it said that you have chosen not to recieve emails and that you need to change your preferences.

CleanKittyCat · 12/10/2004 19:31

That would be nice. I'm busy at half term too so how about afterwards? Fridays are good for me, but can make other days diary permitting . I can't do Tuesdays at the moment.

I am fine lou although wanting to have this pregnancy over - saw the baby again yesterday - had a growth scan to check all was okay - I tried to tell the doc I saw at the hospital that this babe was growing well.... not like my little dd..... the sonographer put this babe at 3.3kg should be about 4 kg when I have the babe if I go to term... looking then at it being about 8lb10 oz considering dd was just 6lb!!!!

finally met my named consultant yesterday - lovely man - very +ve about my desire/need for a vbac.....

three weeks to due date - so basically anytime now.... but not jsut yet - have a little more painting to do in babe's room ( not that they will really be in there iykwim) and a basinette mattress to buy and a cover to sew and then set the room up - so hopefully this weekend should finally be organised for this babe!!

wanted to see the gender at this scan - little monkey had its foot shoved up in its groin so we could not see anything!! OH well so close now that it did not matter.

sorry to hijack the thread

lou33 · 12/10/2004 22:31
