Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any similar experiences? My DS has just turned eleven months and has never really properly babbled. He made a back of throat growl at 6-7 months and by 10 months he coos vowels with an occasional NG, g and has just started adding a very very occasional m. We babble play, narrate play, sing songs all day long but he can't copy sounds and never has done. He will do back and forth cooing and uses his growls and coos for communicating his wants alongside pointing. He says hair consistently when touching people's hair and tries to say more for food but this is more of a mmm sound.

Any experience of late babblers. All I keep seeing is indicator of asd but he smiles, looks when his name is called, initiates peekaboo, high fives and points to items he wants (this started recently)

Any ideas for a ftm who is panicking and no idea what else to do!
