She did it!! ...............Almost.....

dd does a commando crawl when wanting to get anywhere and to get up and down just does the splits and lays between or sits up between her legs if you can get that..... we have been working on her crawling on hands and knees ( much easier on clothes and skin)

She really hasn't managed it but today - she got up on hands and knees and did one crawl step forward!!!

followed by a nose dive into the carpet but hey - she did one step!!!!

yeh she sort of bounces and it very good at pulling herself to stand using furniture.... she sometimes does a little rocking action too when in the kneeling position.... want her to walk as she is too heavy to carry esp at this late pregnancy stage.... but then she is sooo quick commando crawling - let alone hands and knees crawling or walking......

reminds me - must move the high tide mark higher now!!

That's great news. That's how L started, they sound so similar! We say to her 'do kneeling' and she gets into position! Good news about the moving forward as well though

no TC - the LOADS mag has not arrived yet - knew it was due soon - probably arrive in the mail this week.

OMG! dd has been sort of commando crawling for a little while but had shown no sign of proper crawling on hands and knees, and then today, just now, she pushed herself up on her hands, lifted her bum in the air, walked her hands back and hey presto was in perfect crawling position. I was stunned.

Gives me so much hope that she may be charging about crawling soon - can't wait for her to be a complete pain in the arse getting into everything .
