My DD (ASD) just heard a noise which triggers her. She’s getting too strong for me now, trashed house in response and violently attacked me. She won’t respond to any calming strategies we try to show her, it’s raw emotion in that moment. CAMHS say too young for Cbt.

I need to learn restraining or safe holds I think and I just want to help her to cope with the noises. I don’t want her to struggle through life like this. She wears ear defenders occasionally, but these noises are about often and she would need to wear all the time.

I don’t know what else to do

Are you in contact with a ot? There are listening programmes which are reported to help with noise sensitivity but I think there isn't consensus about it. OT should have suggestions anyway though.

Could it be misophonia she suffers with?

We were offered Team Teach training which is about de-escalation and also includes restraint techniques. This might help you.
