Anyone out there who has had a child or knows someone with a child that was diagnosed with epilepsy by 12 weeks old?
DGS nearly 14 weeks old now but was given diagnosis by 12 weeks. DSD is really struggling, joined epilepsy forum and now more distraught as they all seem to have diagnosis from about 1 yo to 18 months. He is now on 4 types of anti-seizure medication but is still having them (he does have other health conditions as a result of a delay in delivery but medical professionals seem quite stumped and keep telling us that he is very different).
Just trying to find someone similar so I can tell her she is not alone and he is not the only one.
