Hiya,

Can anyone link me to a list of the additives which can affect a child's behaviour. I need to know what I am looking for and I have to shop in the morning. I am usually quite good but want to eliminate everything.

hi, a good site to look on is www.ukfoodguide.net.then click on one of the links on the left,you can get a list of all e nubers that can cause problems on the link for additives that cause tantrums in children,hope this helps

hi,, hope it all helps,,i just read all the labels ,but after a while you get to know all the "bad"foods instinctivley. i also watch any childrens medicines i give to darling gd because they have all got nasties in them as well!i challenge any expert that says they dont have an effect to spend a few hours with darling gd when she has had something she shouldnt!!!!
