Halfway through ehcp process and moving authority

Hi,
We are in the middle of the ehcp process and are due to move from one authority to another.
Will we have to start from scratch ?

You can transfer an existing EHC Plan to a new LA.

Not sure about transferring the paperwork in the middle of the process. How far along are you?

Ed psych has seen her, the paperwork is just being completed and sent.
