Well what it is my neighbour has took up all the road with 4 cars ( don't understand why 4) , my son is non verbal autistic no traffic sense , we have basically walk into middle of road to get into his taxi to school , as the taxi has to park on other side of road on pavement, neighbour not very approachable ( get into trouble with council for anything) I want to know what can I do if anything

I'm not sure there's much you can do about the school taxi in particular, if you can't approach your neighbours. But, if your DS has a blue badge, you have a car and you do not have off road parking you can apply to have a disabled bay outside your home. This won't help with the taxi though, because it's intended for you to park your vehicle in, and anyone with a BB can park there.

Well I thought when I go for my yearly meeting at his school to see if they can point me in right direction as they know what I can do, my neighbours know my son is autistic and I think they bothered but i ask when I have my yearly meeting, , try thank you for replying
