Family fund

Hi,
Has anyone ever had 2 things accepted by family fund and if so did they fund them both in full or reduce the amounts for each? Specifically how much was granted for days out and/or board games and entertainment.

I have been told that the maximum amount given is always £500 and that if you ask for a holiday grant then they always just give that- so £500 towards that and ignore the other item request. I would ring them and ask.
