Just filled out the bloody thing and wondering if I should send a copy of diagnosis. Some of Ds symptoms have worsened in the 3 months so Im not sure it gives a realistic picture-not sure if it wold help or hinder at the mo.

If you feel that the dx would detract from the true level of his disability then I wouldn't put it in.
