Hi my son is 4 and I’m trying to potty train him. He is delayed generally so I didn’t think he would be ready earlier, I tried to put him into regular pants and see if he indicates to me he’s uncomfortable or wet, as he has sometimes with a nappy on.
Now it’s still very early days but so far he hasn’t even indicated he’s spiked himself or wet himself to me. He seems fine sitting in a dirty pants.
Is he not ready yet or something else or do I need to give it more time. I didn’t want him to be in nappies as they are so absorbent generally. Can anyone help and give me some tips?
