Yes, it was v good (and v.good value). I wanted more on refusal to issue appeals as I have done refusal to assess appeals (for my son and nephews), am just submitting refusal to issue appeals, haven't got onto contents of plan appeals which I think was the majority of participants - that'll probably be us next though!
