Hi, my ex husband and I divorced last year, since then we have exchanged financial information 3 times, including for mediation. We came to an agreement, but I've just heard that his solicitor has now started court proceedings, asking for exchange of financial information yet again. If anything I now have less money than before. I'm pretty sure he has a hidden agenda, and think it might be that he has now decided to not let me have the full equity of the house . I asked for enough money to provide a 2 bedroom house for my teenage daughter and myself both of us have disabilities. I didnt ask for any division of his assets or pension. He wants me to have nothing, and has always moaned about the woman getting everything in a divorce, even tho he instigated the divorce! I'm scared and skint and don't know what to do. My solicitor doesnt seem to di much at all, so I'm thinking of changing to another one. Can anybody help to calm me down
